The RFQ form collects contact, company, product, application, specification, quantity, schedule, and message details supplied by the visitor. Technical server logs and security signals may also be processed to operate and protect the site.
Purpose
Enquiry information is used to review requirements, respond, prepare quotations, support sampling or qualification, and maintain the resulting business relationship. Marketing communication is separate and optional.
Sharing and retention
Information should be shared only with service providers and personnel needed to operate the site or respond to the enquiry, and retained only for legitimate commercial, support, security, and legal purposes.
